As a new meditator, as a long-term meditator – we all go through patches of life where life gets in the way of our ideal routines.
We know we want to practice daily but we have fallen out of routine. We know our meditations have been very thought filled and we start wondering if it’s working still or if we need something else. Since the transcendent is a delicate fine inner state of quiet- if life is too busy then it may feel like meditation is busy too. Just come back to the Self, come back to the breath before you go to the mantra.
