To practice Veda meditation, you sit comfortably in a chair and gently close your eyes. Veda meditation does not require you to chant, focus, concentrate or contemplate anything or control your mind. Your mind will naturally settle down to quieter levels of consciousness. This technique is taught by an experienced teacher in a gradual, step-by-step format.
